The problem

You’ve done this before.

One vendor prints, another ships, someone else shoots it, and none of them talk to each other. You spend the drop chasing updates instead of promoting it. We are all of those vendors. Same building, same people, one number.

What we do

Three things, one building

We print it

Screen printing, embroidery, DTG, water-based transfers, foil and metallic thread.

Method follows the garment and the run size, and every one of them is in-house.

You shoot it here

A 14′ cyclorama for product work, and a lounge set for lifestyle.

A studio day comes with your order. It is not billed as an extra.

We ship it

To you in one shipment, or straight to your customers as orders come in.

Local pickup, rush delivery across LA, ground and air everywhere else.

The process

Custom merch. No surprises.

The call

Thirty minutes. What you’re making, who it’s for, when it lands. You leave with a direction and a date, not a quote to think about.

Send your artwork

We handle the file prep: vectorizing, sizing, colour separation. Send a screenshot if that’s what you have and we’ll make it print-ready.

Free samples

Hold the real thing before you commit to a run. Pick your blanks, feel the weight, see the print. The fastest way to know merch is good is to touch it.

Approve and produce

Digital proof plus the physical sample, both signed off by you. Nothing goes on press until you’ve held it.

Shoot it here

Your studio day, included. Cyc for product, lounge for lifestyle. Shoot it the week it’s printed, while the boxes are still open.

Ship it your way

Delivered to you in one shipment, or sent straight to your customers as orders come in.

Private labelling

Your label. Not the blank’s.

Sewn-in labels, printed inside-neck tags, hem tags and poly bagging. The tag someone reads pulling it over their head should say your name, not the manufacturer’s. Most creator merch skips this. It’s the clearest signal between a drop and a giveaway.

The numbers

Specifications

Standard turnaround, 10-14 business days

Counted from proof approval, not from the day you send artwork.

Rush, from 3 business days

Subject to the decoration method and whether the blank is in stock.

Screen print minimum, 12 pieces

Per design, not per order. Two designs at 12 each is fine.

Digital print, no minimum

Order one if you want. The per-piece price is the same as the reorder.

Samples, free

Before you commit to a run. Pick the blanks, feel the weight, see the print.

Studio day, included

Comes with the order. It is not billed as an extra and never has been.

Decoration, six methods

Screen, embroidery, DTG, water-based transfers, garment dyeing, foil and metallic.

Location, Los Angeles

Printed, shot and shipped from one building. Pickup welcome.

The studio

Shoot it where it’s made.

A 14′ three-sided cyclorama for clean product work, and a lounge set for everything that shouldn’t look like a catalogue. South-facing factory light, blackout curtains when you don’t want it. Your merch comes off the press and goes straight onto the wall.

What you get

Handled.

One named person

Start to finish. Not a ticket queue, not a new rep every email.

You never chase an update

Status reaches you at every stage, before you think to ask.

We fix your files

Bad artwork is our problem to solve, not a reason your drop slips a week.

You touch it first

Free samples in hand before a single piece goes on press.

Studio day included

Comes with the order, never billed as an extra.

We’ll talk you out of over-ordering

If your audience buys 150, we won’t sell you 500. Dead stock is not a win for either of us.

Ways to decorate

Screen printing

Ink pushed through a mesh screen. Bold, flat colour that holds up on repeat wear.

Embroidery

Stitched thread rather than ink. Reads as considered on caps, polos and outerwear.

DTG printing

Ink jetted straight into the fabric. Full-colour artwork with no screen setup.

DTF transfers

Printed film heat-pressed on. Works across fabrics that will not take direct ink.

Water-based transfers

Ink that sinks into the cotton instead of sitting on it. Soft hand, vintage finish.

Custom patches

Woven, embroidered, chenille or leather, applied to the garment or supplied loose.

Garment dyeing

Colour applied after the garment is made, for washed and pigment finishes.
